Important shipping information
- Prepaid orders (already launched products), you will get it in 5-7 business days (Mon-Sat).
- Cash On Delivery orders, you will get it in 10-14 business days
- Weekend deliveries are currently unavailable.
- Products available in pre – launch/pre – booking, you will get it in 14-18 business days (Tentative Time)
Some orders require additional processing. For example:
- Credit authorization
- Insufficient or inaccurate information provided
- Incomplete payment
- Additonal validations
- We’ll do our best to contact you via phone or email right away if there is a problem with your order and provide a new shipping estimate at that time.
Order Status will show once the shipment starts moving. If it says “AWB not found/AWB is incorrect or does not display status” that means your order is still under processing and not yet shipped, you can track its status online using the order number provided on your order confirmation email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS informing you of the specific carrier used for delivery, as well as a shipment tracking number for your order. Your order is not complete until you receive this email.
